We are seeking a skilled and passionate
Cybersecurity Tutor
to help students and professionals strengthen their knowledge and practical skills in cybersecurity. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network security, ethical hacking, and cyber defense, and be capable of simplifying complex technical topics into engaging, easy-to-understand lessons.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    one-on-one or group tutoring sessions
    in cybersecurity and related IT fields.
  • Teach key topics such as
    network security, ethical hacking, digital forensics, encryption, cybersecurity frameworks, and data protection
    .
  • Assist students with
    assignments, lab work, certification preparation, and practical projects
    .
  • Create
    customized learning plans and study materials
    based on student needs and learning goals.
  • Guide learners in using security tools such as
    Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, or Splunk
    .
  • Explain and demonstrate cybersecurity practices, including
    vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and incident response
    .
  • Stay updated on
    emerging threats, technologies, and certifications
    to keep sessions relevant and practical.
  • Provide
    constructive feedback and mentorship
    to help students develop technical confidence and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in
    cybersecurity fundamentals, network defense, and threat analysis
    .
  • Experience in tutoring, mentoring, or teaching cybersecurity concepts preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Professional, reliable, and passionate about student growth and academic success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as
    CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM, or OSCP

  • Experience guiding students for
    certification exams or university-level coursework
    .
  • Knowledge of
    cloud security, digital forensics, or advanced penetration testing
    .
  • Fluency in English (French or Arabic is a plus).
