Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a German Tutor. The primary responsibilities include teaching the German language to students, developing lesson plans, monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. The tutor may also be responsible for tailoring lessons to meet the unique needs and goals of each student.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in German language instruction, including fluency in speaking, writing, and grammar
  • Experience in creating lesson plans and using innovative teaching methods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students
  • Adaptability and ability to work independently in remote teaching environments
  • Previous experience in online language teaching or tutoring is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree, certification, or equivalent in German language studies, Education, or related field
