Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented
Service Reception Engineer
to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and receive vehicles for maintenance or repair services.
  • Accurately record customer complaints and translate them into technical repair orders.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure correct diagnosis and timely completion of jobs.
  • Provide customers with clear explanations of service requirements, estimated costs, and delivery times.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing repairs and update customers accordingly.
  • Ensure all services are logged in the maintenance management system (DMS/ERP).
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
  • Conduct vehicle delivery checks to ensure work completion and quality standards are met.
  • Support after-sales service improvement initiatives and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in
    Mechanical Engineering
    or
    Automotive Technology
    .
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in vehicle reception or service supervision (Soueast brand experience is a plus).
  • Strong technical knowledge of modern automotive systems and diagnostic principles.
  • Proficient in
    DMS/ERP systems
    for service management and booking.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in
    English
    (spoken and written).
