Lotus Pharmacies is looking for a strategic, experienced, and pharmacy-savvy Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing department. If you're passionate about retail healthcare, know how to build impactful campaigns, and thrive in fast-paced environments — this role is for you.

What You'll Lead

Developing and executing national marketing strategies across 15+ pharmacy branches

Managing a cross-functional team including social media, field marketing, design, and events

Overseeing all campaigns from concept to execution — online and on-ground

Guiding brand evolution and maintaining a consistent visual and strategic identity

Collaborating with our social media agency and wellness partners

Aligning all marketing initiatives with Lotus Pharmacies' business goals and community mission

Who You Are

A marketer with 5–7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the pharmacy or healthcare retail sector

A confident leader with the ability to manage people, timelines, and campaigns

Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills

Familiar with retail consumer trends, wellness branding, and campaign analytics
