Job Objective:

To collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to extract valuable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The Data Analyst will prepare accurate, visual reports that enhance efficiency and performance across the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collect data from internal and external databases.
  2. Clean and validate data to ensure quality and accuracy before analysis.
  3. Use statistical analysis tools and BI software to analyze data.
  4. Create reports and visual dashboards to help management understand trends and patterns.
  5. Develop interactive dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) to support decision-making.
  6. Support different departments with analytical insights to enhance performance.
  7. Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  8. Detect hidden patterns and trends in data and recommend improvements.
  9. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth access and flow of data.
  10. Prepare clear and concise presentations for management showing findings and recommendations.
  11. Contribute to automating data collection and analysis processes to save time and effort.
  12. Review data integrity and investigate discrepancies or errors in data sources.

Authorities & Decision-Making:

  • Access internal and external databases for analysis purposes.
  • Recommend improvements to data collection and reporting methods.
  • Provide direct recommendations to management based on data analysis results.

Internal & External Relationships:

  • Internal:
    IT, Operations, Finance, and other departments.
  • External:
    Data providers or consultants (when required).

Qualifications Required:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
    , Information Systems, Statistics, or Business Administration
    (with a focus on analytics).

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    data analysis, data management, or business intelligence
    .
