Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain desktop hardware/software (Windows, Office 365)
  • Troubleshoot issues via helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory
  • Support mobile devices (iOS/Android)
  • Ensure security with anti-virus and encryption tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
  • CompTIA A+ or MCP certification preferred
  • Experience with Windows, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Professional and willing to learn
