Role Overview:

The Administrative Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the Cairo office. This role supports management, HR, procurement, logistics, IT, and facilities, ensuring efficiency, organization, and confidentiality across all activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced, multi-team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, vendors, maintenance, and workspace readiness.
  • Support the Executive Office and CEO with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Assist HR with onboarding, attendance tracking, ID issuance, staff coordination, and policy compliance.
  • Handle procurement, vendor management, and inventory of office assets and equipment.
  • Coordinate logistics such as shipments, mobile devices, SIM cards, and IT-related requirements.
  • Maintain internal and external communications, daily office reports, and organized filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and office SOPs.
  • Liaise with IT to maintain connectivity, functional devices, and network support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).
  • Tech-savvy: MS Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing multi-office operations or supporting executive teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, proactive follow-up, and attention to detail.
