Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Cairo. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle. This role will work closely with departmental leaders to understand workforce needs, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support employee training, development, and retention initiatives.

A strong background in F&B retail operations is essential, including hands-on experience in recruiting for retail stores to support business continuity and growth. The role will also involve managing recruitment for a large workforce across more than 13 retail stores, in addition to corporate employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and rehiring employees
  • Recruit for high-volume F&B retail store positions as well as corporate roles
  • Partner with department heads and store managers to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning
  • Ensure consistent and positive candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Support training, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
  • Handle recruitment for multiple retail locations (13+ stores) simultaneously
  • Contribute to improving recruitment strategies that support business growth and employee retention

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hiring, recruiting, and interviewing, preferably within F&B retail stores
  • Demonstrated experience in employee rehiring and workforce retention strategies
  • Ability to manage recruitment for 13+ retail stores and corporate employees
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of training and development practices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies in the retail or F&B sector is highly preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
