Apex is looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Abbassia.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring).

Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates using various selection methods.

Maintain and update candidate databases.

Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through different sourcing channels.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in-house).

Strong interviewing and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job boards.

Preferably resident near Abbassia.
