Corporate Lawyer

At Alfa Medical Group, we are committed to building a workplace that values integrity, growth, and professional excellence. We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal Affairs Department and provide comprehensive legal support across all business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and healthcare law, with proven experience in contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. This role requires exceptional analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to manage complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to management on business decisions and company policies.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian laws, healthcare regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage regulatory filings, licensing, and government-related submissions.
• Conduct legal research and monitor changes in laws relevant to healthcare and corporate operations.
• Support internal departments with legal aspects of operations and transactions.
• Assist in dispute resolution and coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.
• Maintain organized legal documentation and support internal audits.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law; a Master's or Diploma in Corporate or Healthcare Law is a plus.
• Experience: 4–8 years of professional experience as a Corporate Lawyer or Legal Counsel.
• Industry: Previous experience in the healthcare services sector is essential.
• Knowledge: Strong expertise in Contracts & Agreements drafting and Regulatory Compliance.
