Job Summary:

The Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions across different departments. The role involves understanding business needs, analyzing workflows, customizing Odoo modules, training users, and ensuring smooth go-live and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities.
  • Implement and configure Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing).
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to design efficient workflows and processes.
  • Provide functional support during and after implementation.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for custom development when required.
  • Prepare documentation, including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and training materials.
  • Conduct end-user training and support sessions.
  • Test system functionalities and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure smooth project delivery, data migration, and go-live support.
  • Continuously explore Odoo updates and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in Odoo implementation or functional consulting.
  • Strong understanding of business processes (Accounting, HR, Sales, Inventory, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Odoo functional modules and configuration.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic understanding of Python or XML is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Odoo certification or official training is an advantage.
  • Experience with or Odoo Enterprise.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment
