Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 3D Draftsman / 3D Visualizer located in Cairo. In this role, the professional will be responsible for creating technical 3D drawings, models, and visualizations based on project specifications and requirements. The 3D Draftsman / Visualizer will collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables. The role involves using specialized software tools, revising designs based on feedback, and adhering to project deadlines while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Revit
  • Knowledge of construction drawings and architectural or engineering design concepts
  • Strong visualization and creative skills to produce realistic renderings for presentations
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct discrepancies in drawings
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams and present concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry is advantageous
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
