Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from planning to final delivery.
  • Monitor project schedule and ensure completion within time and budget.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Review and approve drawings, technical documents, and material submittals.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress and technical reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements

  • Applications from consultants, contractors, or third-party firms will not be accepted.

  • Strong experience in project delivery, site coordination, and team management within real estate projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in real estate or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project / Primavera).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
