Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Property Advisor role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Junior Property Advisor will engage with clients to provide tailored property investment advice, manage property listings, and support clients in making informed decisions. Responsibilities include client communication, evaluating property options, handling investment inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external developers to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of Property Management and Investments to provide expert advice on real estate opportunities.
  • Basic understanding of Finance principles and their application to property investments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate or customer-facing roles is a plus.
