Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt, with the possibility of some remote work. The Product Manager will be responsible for owning the product lifecycle, defining product strategy, creating detailed roadmap plans, and translating user needs into features. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers to ensure product success is a crucial part of this role. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the alignment of products with customer and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Product Management, including developing product strategies and managing the product lifecycle.
  • Strong skills in Market Research and Data Analysis to identify customer needs and inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Requirements Gathering to deliver products effectively and on time.
  • Excellent communication, Problem-Solving, and Team Collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge of software development and familiarity with tools like Agile frameworks, Product Roadmap tools, and Wireframing tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
  • Adaptability, creativity, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this role.
