EgyBell is hiring on behalf of one of our clients — a multinational telecom company — for the position of Automation Test Engineer with DevOps hands on experience.

Job Description

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical designs, providing timely feedback.
  • Create and maintain clear, well-structured test cases.
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using
    Selenium , Behave and Python.
  • Perform both automated and manual testing to ensure product quality.
  • Identify, track, and verify bugs, supporting teams through accurate debugging and issue investigation.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to align on requirements.
  • Apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
  • Integrate automated test scripts within CI/CD pipelines and investigate failures or pipeline issues.
  • Prepare and manage test data and test environments to support various testing phases.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Automation Testing.
  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Python, Rest API.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave).
  • Familiarity with Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions/Bamboo.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Solid knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • ISTQB certification and telecommunication background are a plus.
