Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Automation Test Lead
to spearhead our test automation strategy and execution. This role involves leading a team of test engineers, designing robust automation frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on technologist, and effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure test coverage.
  • Mentor and guide automation engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and drive resolution.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve test efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ISTQB or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with performance and security testing tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
