Job Purpose:

The
Graphic

Designer
and Marketing Specialist will support KODE Sports Club's branding, marketing campaigns, and member engagement initiatives through creative visual content and digital marketing efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for a creative, proactive individual eager to grow in the fields of design and marketing within a dynamic sports environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic
Design

  • Create visual content for social media platforms, website, in-house screens, printed materials, and campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visuals, following KODE's branding guidelines.
  • Assist with photo editing, video content preparation, and basic motion

Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email newsletters).
  • Help track and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Support content scheduling and publishing on social media platforms.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the marketing team, coaches, and other departments to gather content needs.
  • Attend and cover events for live content creation and documentation.
  • Contribute fresh creative ideas to promote programs, events, and club culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Graphic
    Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships or freelance work are acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
  • Passion for sports, fitness, or wellness is a plus.
