Any type of bespoke event solutions
Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Present and pitch customized event solutions to potential clients.
Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with the production and creative teams to execute client requirements.
Represent the company at industry events when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales within the events, marketing, or hospitality industry.
Strong network of potential clients (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Sales Manager based in New Cairo, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to meet sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, leading sales presentations, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. The Sales Manager will also oversee the sales team, track performance metrics, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, including business development, client relationship management, and lead generation
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning skills and the ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of booth architecture, event production, or digital transformation solutions is a plus
- Ability to manage and lead a sales team to success
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics software
- Self-motivation with a goal-driven mindset and ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
