Job description:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and market share objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, promotional materials, and sales support tools.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics against targets.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient lead conversion.
  • Maintain and develop strong, long-lasting customer relationships, especially with key accounts.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues or complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries to senior management.
  • Manage sales team expenses and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Job requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, sales or a related field.
  • Experience From 10 to 15 years of progressive sales, sales management.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry or Nutrition is preferred.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
  • Proficient in sales data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
