We're looking for a
talented Machine Learning Engineer
to join a fast-growing
Q-commerce delivery startup in KSA
. You'll help build a
real-time, ML-native personalization and recommendation engine
powering millions of user interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Design & deploy
    full-stack recommendation engines
    and personalization logic
  • Build
    semantic search
    & vector-based retrieval (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, etc.)
  • Develop
    A/B testing & experimentation frameworks
  • Implement/maintain
    data pipelines
    , feature stores, and tracking events
  • Deploy
    low-latency ML microservices
    for real-time inference
  • Continuously improve models and performance tracking dashboards

Requirements

  • 3–10 years
    of ML engineering experience
  • Strong
    Python
    , ML fundamentals, algorithms, and applied math
  • Proven experience in
    production-grade recommendation or search systems
  • Hands-on with
    TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Experience with
    embeddings + vector search
  • Strong SQL and experience with batch & streaming pipelines
  • Experience designing
    feature stores
    and event tracking setups
  • Familiarity with ML microservices and low-latency inference
  • A/B testing knowledge and experimentation best practices
  • English level
    B1+

Contract Details

  • Full-time (remote)
  • 6–8 months
  • Start:
    In 2–3 weeks
  • Budget:
    $1,000 – $1,500 USD/month
