Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm 2nd 6 October for the role of Offshore Operation Manager. The role involves overseeing day-to-day offshore operational activities, ensuring compliance with efficiency targets, managing teams, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to optimize processes. Duties include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring overall client satisfaction in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, offshore team coordination, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong leadership abilities, team management skills, and the capability to coordinate across different functions and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in performance tracking, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in AI-driven solutions or technology-enhanced operations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
