Your Role

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver high-performing campaigns for global brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
  • Create and maintain engaging, on-brand content calendars and posting schedules
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to execute campaigns
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to improve reach and engagement
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
  • Support paid social campaigns with targeting insights and creative input
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Manager (agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content trends, and engagement techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Insights or Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (strong caption writing is a plus)
  • Experience coordinating content production with design teams
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while working collaboratively in a remote environment

Bonus Skills

  • Influencer marketing experience
  • Paid social advertising knowledge
  • Short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
