Premiere Group is looking for a highly creative, trend-driven Designer & Social Media Specialist to join our fast-growing team.

The ideal candidate must have strong design skills, excellent storytelling abilities, and a passion for creating fresh, bold, and engaging content that elevates our brand and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creativity


• Create high-quality visual content (posts, reels, stories, ads, presentations, brand assets).


• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, and brand activations.


• Design visually striking graphics consistent with Premiere Group's branding and tone.

Social Media Management


• Manage and grow Premiere Group social media accounts (content planning, posting, community interaction).


• Stay up-to-date with global trends, social media updates, and viral content ideas.


• Write creative captions and scripts that align with brand voice.

Content Production


• Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots with the production team.


• Edit short-form videos for reels, TikToks, and social media campaigns.


• Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns end-to-end.

Branding & Strategy


• Support brand development across projects.


• Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.


• Analyze content performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements


• 1–3 years of proven experience in graphic design + social media management.


• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and trend awareness.


• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects (or similar tools).


• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).


• Ability to work fast, handle deadlines, and think outside the box.


• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
