Tenant Coordination Representative

  • Coordinate tenant design and construction activities in line with landlord guidelines.
  • Review and approve tenant design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure tenant contractors meet safety, building, and operational standards.
  • Develop and manage fit-out schedules for tenant spaces.
  • Monitor progress of tenant construction and coordinate site inspections.
  • Ensure utilities (electricity, water, HVAC) are available as per tenant requirements.
  • Address tenant issues during the defects liability period.
  • Assist with handover to facility management for operational readiness.
  • Act as a single point of contact for tenants during fit-out and move-in phases.
  • Provide updates and resolve issues with internal teams (leasing, MEP, legal, etc.) and tenants.
  • Ensure tenant satisfaction and smooth transition to operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 0 1 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit-out supervision, or property/project management.
  • Experience with commercial, retail, or mixed-use developments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with building codes, permit processes, and MEP coordination.
