Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales activities, responding to customer inquiries, providing outstanding customer service, and implementing online marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting virtual training sessions, and maintaining excellent communication with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to establish and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to achieve and exceed targets
  • Experience with Online Marketing to create and execute effective campaigns
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for customers or team members
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient use of digital tools and platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail sales is an advantage
