Lead the consumer-focused marketing of our Obesity portfolio and drive measurable growth through FMCG/OTC best practices.

Your new role

As a Marketing Manager you will lead strategy and execution for our Obesity portfolio. The ideal candidate brings strong FMCG or OTC experience with a consumer-centric mindset and the ability to translate insights into impactful, compliant marketing programs. You will lead execution of campaigns, displays, and visibility programs while collaborating with Sales, Medical, and Regulatory to ensure aligned, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand plans to drive awareness, growth, and patient engagement.
• Lead omnichannel campaigns using FMCG/OTC best practices (digital, social, pharmacy activation, patient programs).
• Plan and implement consumer marketing initiatives across all channels to drive sell-out.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance to optimize strategy.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and agency partners.

You will be part of the Cardio Metabolic Business Unit based in Egypt. Our team is dedicated to improving the lives of patients through innovative solutions and impactful strategies. The Egypt office is home to a diverse and collaborative group of professionals who work together to achieve ambitious goals. Your skills & qualifications

• Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, Business (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years in marketing, with proven FMCG or OTC experience; pharma experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
• Experience in lifestyle, wellness, or chronic disease categories is an advantage.
