As a Full Stack Developer at Rahet Bally Co., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet the needs of our clients and users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, ensuring both front-end and back-end systems are robust, scalable, and

efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Back-End Development:

  4. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

  5. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  6. Utilize Redis for caching, session management, and real-time data processing.

  7. Front-End Development:

  8. Develop user-facing features using

  9. Manage application state using Redux for complex state management.

  10. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

  11. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

  12. Optimize applications for maximum performance across devices and browsers.

  13. Testing:

  14. Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.

  15. Ensure code quality and reliability through rigorous testing practices.

  16. Debug and resolve issues identified during testing.

  17. Collaboration:

  18. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

  19. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.

  20. Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications.

Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

Technical Skills:

● Proficiency in and for back-end development.

● Strong experience with and Redux for front-end development.

● Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern web development practices.

● Experience with Redis for caching, session management, and real-time data processing.

● Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).

● Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORMs.

● Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

● Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
