Senior Full-Stack Developer (Backend Focus)

Position: Senior Full-Stack Developer

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Work from the Office.

Project: KAMAN – Digital Gift Card & Rewards Platform

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior full-stack developer with strong backend expertise to join our

team and help build KAMAN, a B2B gift card & rewards platform. You will own key parts of

the system including API gateway, wallet & ledger management, and provider

integrations (Resal, Xoxoday, Direct).

Responsibilities


• Design and implement scalable backend services ) (also .Net is an

accepted option).


• Develop and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs for company admin and super admin

portals.


• Build and maintain provider connectors (Resal API, later Xoxoday and others).


• Implement wallet & ledger logic (double-entry, top-ups, holds, transactions).


• Ensure idempotent order processing and retry mechanisms.


• Manage authentication & RBAC (JWT, multi-tenancy).


• Implement audit logging, error tracking, and observability.


• Collaborate with frontend developers to define and consume APIs.


• Optimize PostgreSQL queries, materialized views, and reporting models.


• Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews.

Requirements


• 5+ years of full-stack development, with strong backend skills.


• Expert in (NestJS/Express) and TypeScript.


• Strong SQL knowledge, especially PostgreSQL (views, indexing, optimization).


• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/OCI/Azure) and managed services.
• Solid understanding of RBAC, JWT, multi-tenant systems.


• Experience with API integrations and building connector layers.


• Proficiency in frontend frameworks ) is a plus.


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.


• Using AI-Coding tools like and Cursor is an advantage.
