Position: Automotive Quality Assurance Manager Company: Kasrawy Group Contract Details: Full-time The Kasrawy Group is a leading automotive company that specializes in the distribution and sales of high-quality vehicles. We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As the Automotive Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure all vehicles meet industry standards and customer expectations - Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any quality issues and implement corrective actions - Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Train and supervise quality control staff to ensure they are following proper procedures and meeting quality standards - Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials and components are used in production - Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance - Communicate with customers to address any quality concerns and implement solutions - Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports for management review Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive quality assurance - Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures - Experience with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work - Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations - Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality control software We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
