- Responsible to review the final client training content with the internal SMEs to ensure content accuracy before client delivery.
- Contribute to the process improvement of the Knowledge Transfer team.
- Ownership to maintain, track, and update, training materials.
- Prepare or commission illustrations to elaborate on or complement the process in the training materials.
- Responsible to ensure the training materials comply with IQVIA’s established standards, templates, and guidelines, as per agreement with the client.
- Build / update / analyze knowledge audits - identify KPI data points and build reports (end user knowledge assessments and training delivery evaluation)
- Responsible to deliver web-based and / or instructor-led training (WBT and ILT); facilitate training sessions during the Q&A
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 4-10 years of experience in instructional design and training delivery
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to learn, adopt, and adapt to an agile environment.
- Display ownership of assigned activities, while working and collaborating with internal and external teams
- Strong proficiency in any of the authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Adobe RoboHelp, and MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, Word
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects or products simultaneously within stringent deadlines, with a sense of prioritization.

**Industry**:

- Healthcare preferred.
