Tasks
\- Ability to implement the TUI MAGIC LIFE standards in the business
\- Professional care of the guests during their entire stay
\- Responsibility as contact person for our international guests
\- Group support and event organization
\- Increase guest satisfaction, e.g. welcoming guests, saying goodbye, settling complaints, etc.
\- Cooperation with other departments
\- Close cooperation with business partners and international colleagues
**Requirements**:
- experienced in the position of hospitality or have fundamental knowledge in an assisting role
- having foreign language skills: English and German fluently
other languages are an advantage
- having strong communication skills and pleasure in dealing with guests
- having computer skills
- diplomatic with an always friendly attitude
- an organizational talent
- well organized and capable to follow up diligently
