The B2B Supply Manager role is an outstanding opportunity to have a direct impact on your city through understanding the client's needs and perfecting the operational processes to provide a reliable service to those clients. This is a critical role within the org as you would play a key in implementing the overall B2B strategy for Uber Shuttle across MEA. You will report to the Supply Operations MEA HCV Senior Manager and will be responsible for the execution of the B2B operational strategy to drive safe, reliable, and cost-efficient service. You will be working on Uber’s top priority product and biggest Bold Bets, primarily focusing on Growth for HCV.

**What You'll Do**:

- Understand Clients’ Needs: With a client-obsessed approach, you will work on understanding the core clients’ needs for a safe, reliable, and cost-efficient service.
- Process-Building: Build operational processes that ensure clients’ needs are checked.
- Analytics: Supervise key analytics and provide concrete information and insights to optimize processes
- Strategy: You will work closely with the B2B, sales, product, and central teams to derive the B2B growth strategy.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Startup/all-hands-on-deck approach.
- 3+ years of growth/marketing or related experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excel and SQL knowledge and a passion for data needed

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven willingness to learn new things beyond the scope of work
- Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize in a constantly-changing work environment
