**The team you’ll be part of**

Rollout Manager (ROM) will be responsible for managing the equipment deployment (rollout) activities for the NI BG project(s). ROM will be the customer interface for deployment activities and will ensure that rollout scope is delivered to customer within the agreed budget while meeting quality requirements/standards. ROM will manage the deployment delivery team of other internal / external resources and will be responsible for Subcontractor Management. ROM should drive transformation initiatives in the project, implement any tools and processes (as relevant), and explore opportunities for optimizing costs. ROM should also support pre-sales and work very closely with the Field Service Manager and PMs for exploring/driving services up-scopes.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

**The primary accountabilities include**:

- Create, Maintain and Manage Deployment Project plans
- Manage Subcontractors for field rollout activities
- Prepare and Implement Quality management
- Prepare and maintain resource plan and forecast including own resources, subcontractor needs and tools
- Monitor and track equipment & installation material deliveries and proactively ensure rollout readiness
- Track rollout Progress from start to end (final milestone)
- Manage Work Allocation (Work Orders) to Subcons
- Validate Installation Reports, AT Documents, Subcon Invoices
- Resolves Customer issues for Deployment and also issues raised by field I&C teams
- Liaise with Project Manager and Customer as needed for escalations on scope, processes and/or budget
- Secure Deployment Forecast from Customer / PM
- Support/Validate pre-sales offers for new equipment / expansion services scope
- Ensure that job drawings are updated as per As-built documentation and/or As-installed specifications
- Perform rollout governance meetings with internal teams and Subcons to monitor progress and solve potential issues
- Monitor performance of project teams and subcontractors
- Working with local Procurement, HR and other support teams as relevant for project requirements
- Proper Communication / Reporting of Project activities to project stakeholders and Deployment Delivery Management

**Your skills and experience**
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably Telecommunications)
- 8-12 years of Rollout / Project Management experience; experience in telecom site construction / installation
- Customer Focus & Relationship Management Skills
- Schedule, Cost & Quality Management skills
- Project Communication and Reporting Skills
- Subcontractor Management
- Able to work in a cross functional environment with Procurement, HR and other Project Stakeholders
- Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills
- Project Planning and Managing Execution
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation Planning / Implementation
- Good Communication Skills (English & Arabic Local Language)
