**Role**:
lead Egypt snacks category for MRO &MEM across PepsiCo Snacks Operating Companies, managing a total spend of $12 MM & more, through (1) Defining and executing Egypt Snacks category strategy, contract management and supplier relationship management, (2) Measuring and Improving Performance, (3) and Achieving Annual Plans and Delivering Productivity.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- In close collaboration with the Category Lead, draft & implement category strategy, using systematic 7 step strategic sourcing approach.
- Participate and lead cross-functional category team, using RACI mode.
- Manage CFI MRO,Agro &Fleet& Safety.
- Work closely with Sector & Global teams:

- To develop category annual and long-term strategic sourcing targets
- Plan and monitor capital category Productivity / Savings (for the current year and over SBP).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives from procurement side for the category
- Evaluate & evolve sourcing strategy based on changing market conditions and provide inputs during strategic sourcing activities, including internal and external analysis and negotiations.
- Ensure implementation of sourcing strategy / plans, compliance monitored, and benefits tracked (in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and in line with the procurement policy & practices
- Closely liaise with business Key stakeholders in beverages plants in region.
- Ensure implementation of best-in-class sourcing tools, relevant to the category.
- Lead capital category negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers
- Track supply market, share evolving category trends, monitor supplier performance and share benchmarking against industry / market standards.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Capital &MRO Category Sourcing Experience is a must.
- Experience in using advanced sourcing methodologies/ tools.
- Regional sourcing experience in a diverse center-led organization.
- Skilled in managing a dispersed team of business stakeholders in different countries; strong selling skills.
- Bachelor’s degrees in Business or Engineering. Masters preferred.
- Multilingual and multinational experience preferred.
**Education**:Bachelor’s degrees in Business or Engineering. Masters preferred.

**Scope and years of experience**:3-5 years of Strategic Sourcing experience in FMCG.

**Language proficiency**:Fluency in Arabic language is required and good English language for understanding communication

**Computer skills**:Windows MS office user expert
