Role purpose:
Understand the OpCo processes that are required to contract, deliver and support the VGE Italy portfolio of products and services that we sell and support into the VGE Italy Base of accounts.
Support the sales of these UC & C&SA product sets through either the Sales specialists or the core accounts teams (NAM’s, RAM’s or GAM’s).
Produce quotations & P&L’s that comply with either VGE or the OpCo governance process where required for the renewal and run rate business that flows from the account base and achieve the corresponding sales targets for each of the core product portfolios of UC and C&SA held within the IT-OpCo.
Where the quotations are part of a larger more complex implementation/Solution this role should support the Sales Specialist in return for a standard % contribution towards their target for the support provided. This may include running analysis on call traffic and spend, building proposals / quotes, data input into P&L’s or working with CSSO to ensure correct shaping of solutions to work alongside other components of the clients existing platform or Managed service infrastructure.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Support in growing FIXED revenues for existing and new VGE customers in Southern Europe through enabling field sales to spend more time with their customers by taking off administration elements of quotation and governance burden from their shoulders.
- Work with relevant field sales team across the customers’ geographical footprint as required ensuring requests are fulfilled on time and in appropriate quality. To proactively maintain contact with all IT Sales Accounts Managers on a regular basis.
- Invite and follow up on VGE customers for events driving sales of C&SA & UC portfolios.
- Produce FIXED/MOBILE analysis and proposals in line with commercial best practice.
- Responsible for generating customer-facing reporting and analytics on usage & spend for VGE FIXED/MOBILE business
- Create and consolidate Finance templates, create competitive analysis profiles, customer pricing templates

Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of VGE-IT CRM systems
- Good data analysis skills, with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in data analysis role; able to understand the meaning of complex data and identify data issues and able to recommend and communicate remedial actions
- Knowledge and high dominance of diverse VF IT tools and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication & relationship building skills
- Experience of customer management and presenting to customers
- Experience in different departments in VF Italy is a Plus.
- Proper phone etiquette;
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
- Active listening skills;
- Multi-tasking capabilities

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- Fluent in Italian/ English
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of MS EXCEL to develop, utilize and maintain customer models
