**Job Purpose**:
To place, plan, and control distributors’ orders while ensuring optimized container loads, timely product availability, correct documentation, and proper filing of any logistics or quality-related claims. Additionally, to ensure the availability of our products at distributors’ warehouses within target stock levels.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Lead the order planning, placement, and follow-up processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of distributor orders.
- Monitor shipment flow and stock availability to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Oversee the export documentation preparation process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage distributors’ claims efficiently, addressing any issues or discrepancies to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports, along with order tracking updates, to provide clear visibility into order status and performance metrics.
- Handle remote coordination with factories and distributors located in various geographical locations.
- Follow up on payment management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments to maintain financial accuracy and accountability.

**Education & Training Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience. ,
- Excellent command of English language,and French is a plus.

**Technical & Professional Experience**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Agile & self initiator.
- Strong Knowledge of SAP.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
