- Leads sales and client-relationship management
- Drives agency's business and Increases its revenue.
- Identifies, develops and organizes new business opportunities.
- Builds and Expands the presence of the agency.
- Guides long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.
- Ensures financial targets are met in the CS department.
Evaluates agency goals on quarterly basis.
People Management
- Develops Skills by training team on the skills they need
- Develops and applies measures to track improvements.
- Ensures that the business has the best working environment and process.
- Helps people generate ideas.
- Keeps employees motivated.
**Requirements**:
- 15+ years of Experience with proven success in similar position
- Proven Management Experience
- Knowledge or Market research
- Problem solver
- Managed large portfolios
