Oterra’s Logistics department is looking for a new colleague for our Copenhagen site.

**The team for you to join**
You will be based in Avedøre close to Copenhagen where you will join a skilled and dedicated Global Logistics team with colleagues from different nationalities working in multiple different locations across the world. The Customer Service & Logistics team is a high-performance team responsible for all aspects of order receipt to dispatch of goods. We work with global customers, distributors, 3PL warehouses and affiliates and we coordinate shipments with forwarders and our warehouse functions. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda.

**What would your role look like?**
Responsible for interfacing with Customers, Sales, Operations and multiple internal departments and external business partners to handle a variety of pre-sale, order fulfillment and post-sales service functions, with a focus on order fulfillment. Order Fulfillment includes order entry management and delivery management. This role will collaborate with many cross-functional team members and must have the ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner, with a customer-centric focus.

**Your tasks**

Receive and process both domestic and international orders into SAP.
- Determine product availability and delivery methods, understanding special customer requirements; check for accuracy and completeness, and communicate with customers regularly.
- Process orders into deliveries based on lead-times of product and routing information, working with the warehouse team and ensuring carriers are booked in a timely manner to meet delivery timeframes of domestic and international customers.
- Work with multiple departments such as Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, and the Warehouse teams to resolve any customer issues.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse to complete necessary export documents for international shipping.
- Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful change.
- Update customer specific data in SAP and other systems to ensure accuracy in customer information.
- Assists accounting in rectifying customer account problems as necessary.

- Experience in order handling and international export
- Experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and MS office
- Strong communication skills in English.
