Telesales Coordinator

Telesales coordinator is required for Jupiter2000 Job description: - Respond efficiently to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner. - Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly. - Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time. - Review and improve customer service and admin procedures. - Contribute and work towards the achievement of the monthly departmental sales target. - Taking appointment for sales outdoor visits - Upload on a weekly basis jupiter2000’s client database - To develop sales and product knowledge. - To develop new sales opportunities - Provide general administrative support.
