- Able to develop enhancements in identified processes.
- Configuring RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
- Adhere to technology related standards, policies and procedures such as standardization framework, coding standards.
- Ensure technology framework is followed as per guidelines for all automation enhancement opportunities across business units and operations.
- Prepare complexity assessment for all processes.
- Prepare project plan for each automation enhancement opportunity.
- Create / Maintain reusable component for all processes.
- Prepare Weekly status review for Management review.
- Prepare technical help card for Business stakeholders.
- Work closely with IT-PMO for inputs / approvals throughout automation lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems.
- 2+ years of experience RPA tools such as (UiPath/ BluePrism/ Automation Anywhere).
- Hands-on technical automation/RPA development experience.
- Good experience in DBMS and experience in writing SQL queries.
- Should have implement at least (UiPath/ BluePrism/ Automation Anywhere) project.
