- Bachelor's degree from a recognized Engineering university.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 Years Experience In The Same Function.

- Level 1 UIpath certified developer is a minimum requirement
- Proficiency in programming languages, at least +1 years’ experience in.NET Framework.
- General knowledge in PowerShell, JavaScript
- General Knowledge with Databases, such as SQL
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Very good English both spoken and written.
- Very good computer skills.
- Strong Customer Orientation.
- Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.

- Identify areas for process automation
- Provide the technical support for different business units
- Develop, test and implement the RPA to enhance overall business operations
- Identify the needed changes in Bots infrastructure, access points, security measures to ensure smooth operations
- Support in the Business case building to ensure Bots are financially viable
- Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
- Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
- Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward.
