**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Advise our national and international commercial and private customers in the rental station
- Completing transactions for vehicle rental on the front office desks
- Rent our high-class, modern vehicles
- Sell additional services that span the whole topic of car rental
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction whilst adhering to our service standards
- Coordinate our premium vehicle fleet
- Organize the day-to-day activities in the station

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience (Rental agencies/Hospitality would be a great asset
- Excellent command of English language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
