**The Role**

The Digital Media Executive is responsible for the accurate setup of paid media campaigns on search platforms, optimizing campaign performance, and providing post-campaign analysis. This role is vital in supporting various business divisions, contributing directly to growth and attracting potential clients. Responsibilities include keyword research, ad creation, bid management, performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Setup**
- Set up new paid search campaigns upon receipt of a brief, including target audience, budget, and messaging.
- Campaign Checks and Optimisation
- Review campaigns thoroughly before publishing to ensure accuracy.

**Daily Checks**
- Conduct daily checks on all live campaigns to ensure they are running correctly.
- Alert the team to any campaigns performing below benchmarks, allowing discussion on how best to optimise and adjust strategies.

**Reporting**
- Generate regular reports with added commentary for sharing with business stakeholders.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in campaign setup.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Experience in setting up paid search campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret reporting information.
- Experience using Google Analytics.
- Fluent in English.
- A passion for marketing, paid search, and PPC opportunities.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Comprehensive understanding of Paid Media and PPC marketing principles, approaches, and best practices.

**Preferred Experience & Skills**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ideally has experience setting up social media ads
- Certification or qualification in paid search or as a PPC Specialist
- Immediate availability preferred
