- Managing the development process by making sure the development team understands the feature, its details, and how it helps the end-user. They communicate with different teams working on the same project and manage resources between them.
- Product feature prioritization through creating an extensive list of features that the team will follow to optimize the use of resources and keep a steady stream of features without long breaks.
- Maintaining a product development roadmap that ensures all teams are working together, fully aligned, to provide the expected deliverables within the approved timeline.
- Optimizing user experience based on user feedback and use cases, making sure that the product exceeds expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field
- Good Technical background
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Experience working with subscription-based services is an added benefit.
- Previous experience launching products in startups is a huge plus.
