As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll be leading the financial services products area of our Fintech domain and work collaboratively with both business and technology stakeholders to create and evolve our product portfolio, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition and deliver high-quality customer experiences. **Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with business goals and user needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements based on user research, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Champion the user experience, ensuring products meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and value
- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the organization
- Represent the user's voice and advocate for their needs throughout the product development process
- Define and track key success metrics of your products to measure and improve performance
- Drive go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature, coordinating with releveant teams to ensure successful adoption and market growth
- Lead by example and actively promote a safe, collaborative, diverse, and agile company culture, inspiring others to embrace our values

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products
- Strong background in the fintech or banking industry, with a deep understanding of Financial Services products
- Expertise in managing both green field and brown field products, as well as deploying and launching products in regulated environments
- Experience leading and mentoring other product managers, while collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists in an agile setting
- Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies, with ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high level of creativity and an ability to think outside the box
- A high level of empathy, with skillful communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
- High energy and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, diverse environment while working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Highly motivated, self-driven, proactive, excited to work in a fast paced and culturally diverse work environment
