**Job description**
**Role and responsibilities**
- Promote HSE excellence
- Ensure all fabrication works are carried out with high safety standards.
- Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments and safety meetings
- Support incident investigations, reporting and follow up corrective actions
- Support emergency response readiness training and drills
- Management of the offshore permit to work system

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to graduate level preferably in an engineering or technical discipline
- Recognized HSE accreditation
- 7 + years’ experience in the HSE field. Offshore experience.

**Skills**:

- Fluent in written and oral English
- Computer literate & Microsoft Office
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to lead and influence people
