**GENERAL PURPOSE**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

1 Perform inspections and quality tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

2 Oversee production processes to maintain quality consistency, proactively identifying any deviations or potential improvements.

3 Check, monitor and assure that CCP points are checked regularly.

4 Work closely with production and other departments to address quality issues, lead corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.

5 Keep detailed records of quality control activities, documenting findings and reporting them to senior management..

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of quality control experience in the food and beverage industry is must.

3. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards.

4. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

5. Proficiency in quality testing and inspection tools.
