**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet members and guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Provide information about gym services, programs, and memberships.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Schedule appointments and classes, and maintain accurate records.
- **Front Desk Operations**:
- Check in members and guests, ensuring smooth entry and exit.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- **Sales Support**:
- Promote gym services, programs, and special offers to prospective members.
- Assist in membership sales and upselling additional services.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with fitness trainers and other staff to coordinate schedules and services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or fitness is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computers and gym management software.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Passion for fitness and wellness is preferred.
