We're seeking a proactive and highly organized **Receptionist and Office Administrator** to provide essential support to our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome as they enter our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Support daily office operations, including scheduling, managing and correspondence.
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Provide administrative support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing front office operations is a plus.
